Judo is both an art and a sport, a means of defence, and equally, a means of offence. A mind and full body workout that promotes determination in training and life. A safe and rewarding exercise for children, youth, and adults.

Kinder and Junior Judo

Classes designed for children 5 and older. Judo provides exercise, relaxation, a challenge, balance, coordination, self-defence and self-confidence that stays with you outside of the class.

Youth And Adult Judo

Competing at the national level or looking for a fun exercise to develop and increase your fitness there are classes designed for you.

– Kinder Judo (5-6 years)
– Junior Beginners (7-12 years)

– Junior Intermediate  (7-12 years)
– Junior Advanced (7-12 years)

– Teen/Adult Recreational
   (Age 13+ Co-Ed)
– Teen/adult Competitive
   (Age 13+ Co-Ed)
