On Saturday, January 28th from 2pm – 4pm, The Abbotsford Judo Club will be hosting a special day for you to bring out your friends and family to learn a bit more about Judo, see some demonstrations and participate in a mini-Judo class. This event is free, however we ask that you sign up at the front desk, or phone (604) 852-8014 to confirm you are coming. Light refreshments will be served. Please come in your Judogi, or track pants and a t-shirt to participate. |

After some time off for holiday cheer, regular classes at the Abbotsford Judo Club are back in session. During the break the club hosted the annual JudoBC Christmas Judo camp, led by Olympian Nick Tritton, and a host of other talented coaches. We had a great turnout for the camp, and our athletes came away with some excellent instruction that will no doubt pay dividends in at upcoming tournaments. The Judo club is looking forward to some great Judo in 2012, so come be a part of it! |
